Our Staff
Craig M. Wood is an experienced musician, musical director and educator with nearly 25 years’ professional experience across music education, performance and musical leadership.
They hold a Bachelor of Music (Music Theatre Voice) and have taught piano and voice to students of all ages and abilities across public and independent schools, private music schools and individual tuition settings. Craig also established and managed The Compartment Arts, their own music school in Hobart, Tasmania for nearly ten years.
Their professional career encompasses work as a musical director, conductor, pianist, accompanist, composer, arranger, orchestrator, performer and educator, including extensive work with choirs, ensembles and musical theatre.
Alongside their professional music practice, Craig is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science, further developing their knowledge of learning, development and human behaviour.
