Sabrina Suwandi​

 

Sabrina has been involved in music since a young age and has 18 years of piano-playing behind her. Music is a space for her to explore herself and to express her feelings and emotions. She enjoys listening to and playing classical and popular songs, such as pieces by W.A. Mozart, Johannes Brahms, Joe Hisaishi, Tom Gerou, and many more.

Furthermore, she also has certificates of Grade 8 ABRSM in Piano Performance and Yamaha Piano Performance Grade 6. She has studied under the tutelage of Levi Gunardi, a notable classical concert pianist and composer in Indonesia.

Living in a multicultural environment, Sabrina speaks fluently in English, Indonesian and Hokkien, and intermediately in Mandarin. Throughout her school and university years, Sabrina has been involved in music clubs and musical drama projects, like The Christmas Carol (2013), Pocahontas (2017) and Darling : Dangdut Roda Keliling (2019), where she conducted and arranged ensembles, and performed on some instruments; guitar, violin and piano. She also has experience in writing piano songs, and 4 years of experience in teaching students. 

Graduating from a Bachelor of Psychology, she aims to enhance students' motivation and wellness while having fun on the piano!
